Leyton, Official Partner of the French SailGP TEAM and expert partner of K-Challenge

Leyton, founded in France in 1997 and now operating internationally, is committed to supporting K-Challenge both in terms of sport, as a sponsor of the French SailGP team, and as an expert partner in financing and R&D for K-Challenge.

Leyton's core competence is helping companies improve their financial, social, and environmental performance.
“We have been working with Leyton since 2024. They have mobilized their network of multidisciplinary experts to help us optimize our financing and access public support mechanisms,” explains Stephan Kandler, Co-CEO of K-Challenge. “We are continuing this work, particularly on grant applications related to the innovations we want to develop with K-Challenge Lab. Their support is always pragmatic and their expertise precise. We are very happy to have them by our side.”

Leyton, official partner of the French SailGP TEAM

Leyton and sailing is a story that began in 2018 in offshore racing, with projects in Class40, Figaro, Ocean Fifty, and Imoca, led in particular alongside British skipper Sam Goodchild, whom the financing consulting firm continues to support. For Leyton, this sport has always been a way to embody its DNA, combining performance and social commitment, with impressive victories and concrete actions in favor of inclusion and the climate in recent years.

Today, alongside the Accor group and L'Oréal Group, two iconic French brands, Leyton is partnering with K-Challenge Racing as an official partner on a major sporting project: the French SailGP team led by Quentin Delapierre.

François Gouillard, Founder and President of the Leyton Group: "We were won over by the entrepreneurial energy of the K-Challenge Racing project and by the foundations of SailGP France, which embody a modern vision of sport: demanding, technological, and committed. These are all dimensions with which we fully identify and which resonate deeply with who we are.
This rapidly growing world championship is a unique platform for strengthening our international visibility and embodying our position as a global leader. Whether in terms of brand awareness or image, SailGP offers us an exceptional showcase for promoting our commitments on a global scale.
This partnership also allows us to activate all of our locations around the world, providing our employees, customers, and partners with unique experiences at each stage of the circuit.
This is a new chapter for us, and our entire team is excited about it."

Stephan Kandler: "The K-Challenge sports teams are proud to fly the flag for another great French company, Leyton, both internationally and nationally. There are many parallels between high-level competition and the world of entrepreneurship: commitment, resilience, excellence, performance, but also the fact that data is everywhere and helps with decision-making... These are all topics that provide plenty of food for discussion between our athletes and Leyton's 3,000 employees. Thank you to François Gouilliard, founder and president, Maxime Jacquier, CEO, and all the Leyton team members for their commitment to our cause."
