Morning News: Take two!
Orient Express Racing Team is today refocused on their clearly defined path to remain in the 37th America's Cup after unsettled weather saw racing abandoned in Barcelona yesterday.
When the action resumes the mission for the French challenger in the first race of the day is the same — to defeat their British rivals on INEOS Britannia.
They will then have to await the outcome of the second race where the Swiss team on Alinghi Red Bull Racing could claim the final place in the Louis Vuitton Cup Semi Finals if they win against Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli, knocking Orient Express Racing Team out of the America's Cup irrespective of their result.
Yesterday's postponement did however allow the French shore team to double-check the boat after a technical issue which had affected their AC75 in training before yesterday's scheduled race.
Weather conditions are forecast to be a return to normal in Barcelona today, though with a possible weak southerly breeze of 3-8 knots.
